I think there is something truly special about hearing a story read by the person who wrote it.
Children love meeting authors, discovering how stories are created, and seeing that books begin with imagination, creativity, and a love of reading.
I offer interactive school visits where I read my books, talk about the writing and illustration process, answer questions, and encourage children to discover the joy of reading and storytelling.
Whether you are planning a literacy week, book day, library event, or classroom activity, I would love to visit your school.
